Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns or replacements are accepted if:
Your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or with a manufacturer defect.
Returns are not accepted for:
Products damaged due to user error or misuse.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
All returned items must be:
- In their original packaging
- Unused and in original condition
- Free of any damage not caused during shipping
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Customers must contact Mack Bolt within 30 days of delivery to request return or replacement authorization before sending items back.
